TED has a complete vacuum and dust collection system. The dust collector series includes a cartridge filter with an automatic cleaning system that uses a conical compressed air jet.

These filters are typically used in the following applications

Shot blasting: casting, heat treatment, hot and cold forging, aluminum, brass, paint preparation, etc.

Thermal cutting applications: laser cutting, oxygen cutting, plasma cutting, etc.

Special use: complete products, natural and agglomerated stone, etc.

Tide's filtration equipment is designed according to CE rules, including dust emission and safety regulations.

Working principle

The smoke generated during the cutting process is sucked out and transported to the dust collector through the pre-treatment chamber through the duct. The pre-treatment chamber helps to separate larger particles by decantation.

The airflow with the remaining lighter suspended particles passes through the cartridge chamber, depositing contaminants on its exterior.

Therefore, clean air can be discharged from the head of the dust collector through the exhaust port.

An electrical panel controls cartridge cleaning. Dust falls and collects in the hopper below.
