Ted Company's Enterprise Technology Center is an enterprise technology center composed of 23 design, process and computer technicians. It uses three-dimensional software and CG dynamic simulation software product design, and uses high-tech imaging and testing equipment to draw unprecedented details of the pill flow, so that our research and development team can determine all the waste points in the operation of the existing shot blasting machine and avoid these situations in our brand-new shot blasting machine.
The research team focused on the control of the pellet and made complex and elaborate improvements to the configuration of the impeller, orientation sleeve and blades, as well as the components related to each other.
Every detail of the new shot blaster is designed around the control of the shot material to ensure that the energy is fully utilized and the hot spots are clean and fully controllable.
