Ted has developed a new set of turbo shot blasting machines for surface treatment (roughening, glazing, calendering) of marble tiles, natural marble or block slabs, granite, cement tiles, chain paving, curbs, etc.

The parts are transported by a horizontal mesh conveyor belt; the blasting effect is obtained by centrifugal projection of spherical steel balls (without compressed air).

The treated part will be placed in the network entrance area by manual or automatic system and then introduced into the blasting hut of a series of turbines, properly positioned part of the channel, providing cleaning of the projected surface of the metal abrasive

Depending on the desired effect or the hardness of the surface to be treated, the speed of transportation or shot blasting can be changed.
